With the potential for 110 stands, Business Innovation South Expo is the first large-scale expo in this region providing a platform for exhibitors to showcase the latest innovations, products and services being offered by their Company. Cost wise, there are no hidden extras so every company exhibiting has equal presence. Each exhibitor will have brief company information and their logo/url link on the exhibitors page, their logo will appear throughout the day in the main hub of the event as well as outside their chosen Zone - we want each company to be as visible as possible throughout the day.
We will be engaging with companies, business membership organisations and publications across the entire region to raise awareness of the event to potential attendees as well as exhibitors in a geographical patch that stretches from Dorset to West Sussex taking in the A3, M25, M4, M3 and A34 corridors taking in the key hubs around Oxford, Newbury, Basingstoke and Reading. We will also take full advantage of online media and groups to promote the event.
The Expo will utilise the entire ground floor of the hotel which will been split into Zones. Potential exhibitors can look at the Zone layout to see which exhibitors have already booked before deciding which stand and Zone they would like to be in – our aim is to ensure that every company exhibiting feels they are in the best location for themselves.
Throughout the expo day there will be speaker sessions on topics ranging from “Why corporate governance is key to enhancing your brand reputation?” to “Cyber Security: protection, prevention and rectification”. We are also delighted to have Steve Northam of SN Technologies Group (incorporating Bio-Teq and IncuHive centres), Emma Wilson of EMARI Marketing with an industry relevant case study talk and Richard Roberts of Ocean Saviour.

We have invited select companies that have genuine synergy with the businesses in these sectors through their providing key services such as legal, finance, cyber security, marketing and web presence to take stands. There will only be one stand/company for each given sector and we hope having this expertise at the expo is beneficial to both the businesses exhibiting and the businesses attending. Exhibitors will be able to take advantage of an exclusive online exhibitor hub and from there be able to share posts, build their contacts/network across the region and receive posts from the Expo team both with updates and with posts for you to share with your network thus helping to build momentum around the event - as this is the inaugural event the support of all exhibitors, sponsors and service sector exhibitors will play a key part in gaining high visibility externally helping everyone to get the most out of the day.
A final benefit for up to 24 exhibiting companies: we are delighted that Dan Maund of the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU) will be holding 3 x 1.5 hour free seminars for exhibitors on cyber security and strategy development for companies. 8 spaces are available on each seminar that will be held across the day (up to 24 exhibiting companies can benefit from this offer). Booking a space is dependent on having booked your stand - only 1 space will be made available to any 24 exhibiting companies offered on a first come first served basis. Seminar timings available: 10.30 am - 12 noon ; 12.30 pm - 2.00 pm ; 2.30 pm - 4.00 pm.
